We have added a few new titles to our library, showing this September.
A man called Otto
follows the story of a grumpy widow whose life is transformed when some new neighbours move in, giving meaning to his life once more. What's love got to do with it, a feel good romantic comedy starring Emma Thompson and Lily Allan - dating app addict and journalist is looking for a story and finds it in her childhood friend and neighbour Kay in his pursuit of happiness and search for a wife. Are you there God, it's me, Margaret - based on the bestselling book by Judy Blume this coming of age story is about Life, Friendship and Adolescence. The Courier is set in the Cuban missile crisis and is based on the true story of a British businessman who gets caught up between the two sides. The Wind that shakes the Barley is set in the Irish war of Independence in the 1920s about two brothers who end up on opposing sides. Lastly Mulan,
a live action story (not to be confused with the Disney animated version) following the story of Hua Mulan, the ultimate in female empowerment.
This September we are also introducing Children's films each Sunday Morning at 11:00
Tickets are €12 and include a hot drink or Soda. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
